Dave Long is the owner of Festive Events and is a personable, fun and totally professional DJ/MC. He is known for his quick wit and exceptional hosting skills, and he has performed at more than 1000 outstanding events.
Dave Long has more than 30 years of DJ entertainment experience. His career began in broadcasting, first at Cape Cod’s WCIB. While on the Cape, Dave entertained several nights a week at the legendary Mill Hill Club, and also at Boston’s Kenmore Club, home to some of the 80s best dance rooms: Narcissus, Celebration, and Lipstick. In 1985, Dave helped launch the exciting “Morning Zoo” radio format at Boston’s WZOU (now Jam’n 94.5). Dave Long continues to do voiceover work for radio and television.
